I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccablyvery comfy and tidy, with really nice decor. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the important places to visit in the city. it was in one of the best neighborhoods in the area. I was also pleased to discover that it was easy to get to and had great facilities. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were always there to assist if needed.

Excellent and prompt response to noise disturbance issue.
Despite the inconvenience caused, I must commend the hotel's prompt response to the situation. The reception staff showed really good professionalism and did their best to resolve the issue.

The bathrooms are clean and offer all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Some areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and guest areas, seem outdated and in need of renovation.

We loved the outstanding staff who met all our needs with a smile. The concierge service was perfect for foreign tourists like us. The breakfast was also outstanding. The hotel's support for environment and children charity impressed us. The convenient location near a shopping mall was a plus. The rooftop offered a stunning view of the city.

Great facilities and amenities including a well-maintained swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and shopping centers, making it easy to explore the city.
The room temperature was difficult to adjust, and it was either too hot or too cold. Some of the electrical outlets in my room were not functioning properly, making it inconvenient to charge my devices.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, in a posh area with many shops and restaurants around. The service was exceptional, and we appreciated the car hire and dry cleaning services. The room amenities were impressive, including a safe and soundproofed rooms. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.
We highly recommend this venue to everyone.
