I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with really nice decor. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the important places to visit in the city. Additionally, it was in one of the best neighborhoods in the area. I was also pleased to discover that it was easy to get to and had great facilities. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were always there to assist if needed.

Despite the inconvenience caused, I must commend the hotel's prompt response to the situation. The reception staff showed exceptional professionalism and did their best to resolve the issue.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and guest areas, seem outdated and in need of renovation.

We loved the outstanding staff who met all our needs with a smile. The concierge service was perfect for foreign tourists like us. The breakfast was also outstanding. The hotel's support for environment and children charity impressed us. The convenient location near a shopping mall was a plus. The rooftop offered a stunning view of the city.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, in a posh area with many shops and restaurants around. The service was exceptional, and we appreciated the car hire and dry cleaning services. The room amenities were impressive, including a safe and soundproofed rooms. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.
